9 weeks pregnant.

"You are now nine weeks pregnant (or in your tenth week if that's how you prefer to count it).

How your baby's growing

Your baby weighs under 10g - a fraction of an ounce - but is poised for rapid growth. All the body parts are now present, including arms, legs, eyes, genitals and other organs, though they're not yet fully formed. -wow... I've got a miniature me in there.-

How your life's changing

Physically you're unlikely to look pregnant unless this pregnancy isn't your first, but you may feel very tired and sick -YES!!- - not necessarily in the mornings - so cosset yourself. Pregnancy hormones can also play havoc in other ways -um, arguments?!- . Many women suffer from painful headaches and back problems such as sciatica and, unfortunately, these hormones also help make the perfect environment for vagina thrush. -oh and that too.. but come on.. who wants to read about Anna's vagina thrush?? LMAO. I joke, I don't have it. I hope.-

Staying active can mean a healthier pregnancy and a faster recovery after the birth. -hard to go jogging when you must remain close to toilet at all times- Don't overdo it though -no change of that happening- - choose a safe exercise programme recommended throughout pregnancy and make sure you don't get too hot.

It's early days, but how you sit and the activities that you choose to do in pregnancy can make all the difference in helping your baby to get into a good position for birth later on -eeek, how early do you have to start talking about it?!- and mean that you have the stamina for an active birth. It's a good idea to start thinking about these things now so that you can get into good habits."

I didn't take a belly pic. My belly still looks exactly the same. Maybe minus a little tone since my jogging has gone downhill, maybe minus a little weight due to the fact this baby does not want it's Mommy to be able to enjoy any type of food. It wants me to have dirty teeth too, as much as looking at a toothbrush makes me want to hurl.

Love, A xo.
