& having horrible anxiety issues, can't sleep at all! Any tips would be greatly appreciated, I think the whole "truth" of the fact I will have 2 babies soon is really starting to get to me and scare me! Eeeek.

    Audio books. My MP3 player is my life line. It really helps me go to bed and focus on things that are not stressful.

    I read a really good book before bed, getting caught up in the story really helps me... and I told you this earlier, make a list of the things that are going wonderfully, your "blessings" for the week, it will help your focus move to the positive.
